1. TIER 1- Committed and ACTION oriented, strong leadership needed as officers and Action Leads.  
2. TIER 2 -Committed, aggressive, focused and engaged members to write letters, participate in public engagements to include commission, council and school board meetings, and other events….. 
3. TIER-3- General participation, to include attending CCIA meetings, donations, sharing our message with friends and neighbors, and other areas where support is needed but individuals have limited time and resources…..
