I respectfully disagree with your comment. It is not up to officials from different cities to resolve or prolong (put a band aid) this issue.

This odious denial by Administration officials continues to exacerbate the problem. My recommendation is for you and the Council to issue a proclamation demanding the Governor and Federal officials fix this crisis or at least acknowledge. In the meantime, the Council continues to provide funds to NGOs encouraging the continuation of this problem.
