Its a new year in New Mexico, and that means that our legislature will soonconvene in Santa Fe. This year’s session is just 30 days – which is supposed to
be a budgetary session. But anytime the legislature is in session, our freedoms
and liberties are at stake. This year will be no different. While we have not
seen any gun control bills pre-filed as of this moment, they are coming.

NMSSA will send out alerts when we have the bills that will be debated along
with any other information you need. Additionally, we will be hosting a live
webinar to talk about the upcoming session on January 15th, see below for details.
