This is the most recent criminal act at Papa Johns on Missouri and Solano. (appears to be CD 2)
Another wanton criminal act by the LC criminal element (left side). Your justifications for crime (poverty, racism, oppression, etc…) for these type of criminal acts are not holding water with the citizens that are being victimized. The breakage to the right was previously there….. Citizens watching the CC meeting yesterday (Council, Mayor and Judge), commented on what appears to be a dysfunctional city government unable to establish an aggressive plan to deal with these type of crimes.
