Dear Mayor Pro Tem Gandara,I ran across this video of a homeless person describing what it is like to be living on the streets. I thought you would be interested in watching it.

I think this lady’s perspective is important to consider. It goes back to the concern I expressed in my last email about the Hygiene Stations, that I am concerned that the policies the city is implementing are making it easy/enticing for people to continue their self-destructive behaviors of drug abuse.
