I wanted you to know that I take extreme exception to the Statement by Ms. Warniment that “Adults who matter are the teachers in the Classroom”. This is so far from reality that I am surprised that Mr. Ramos nor any of our School Board Members took exception to this. I can tell you, as the Father of two fine men and Grandfather to two fine Grandchildren that the statement made is so far from the truth as to be laughable. Evidently Ms. Warniment has no qualms about saying this and I wonder if her sons Jakob and Adam would agree that the teachers they had were more important than their own mother.
Seeing that Dr. Warniment is so heavily infused in the NMPED I have to wonder what ideological stand she purports to take. We all know that the NMPED is heavily saturated and believes in a Socialist Communist philosophy that seeks to indoctrinate our children. It seems that what the NMPED and each School Board in the State of New Mexico is trying to do is to usurp the responsibilities of the Nuclear Family and indeed “INDOCTRINATE” our children in Socialist / Communist ideas. There is no attempt to teach Unity as ONE PEOPLE to our Children. You have done away with a basic Civics Course that explains to our students their Responsibilities as Citizens of the United States. You have sought to point out the negative aspects of America and you do NOT accentuate the POSITIVE things about America and how great the UNITED STATES is. Trust me as a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, I have been around the world and I can tell you that the United States is one great place to be. We CANNOT afford, as a NATION, to be teaching diversity and divisiveness to our Children. The preamble of our Constitution starts out stating “WE THE PEOPLE
The Socialist / Communists among you and I now include Dr. Warniment in that catagory have to resign and you MUST go away. Like in Virginia, the parents and those that are concerned about the education of our children are going to keep after you until you start to emphasise ACADEMICS. Teachers are just that TEACHERS. They go to school and become Subject Matter Experts in their course of study, be it History or Math or Science or Music. They are not educated in Social Fields, nor do they have any authority to try and teach morals, sex education, gender identity issues or religious issues. If you have bothered to read Karl Marx or the Communist Manifesto you will see that the ideology he espouses is running rampant in the upper echelons of the NMPED and has filtered down to the School Boards. YOU MUST, take a step back and realize that Teachers need to teach their subject to the students and leave the moral, sexual, gender, religious teachings to parents.You are going to continue to have a fight on your hands if you do not listen to the parents and those concerned citizens that are telling you that you are way off track on what you are doing.
YOU, Ms. Warniment, should be ashamed of what you have stated. It seems you may have been educated beyond your capabilities.
