Roe VS Wade Syllabus

Historical Perspectives
I am reading the Supreme Court syllabus on the recent ruling on Roe v Wade and came across a word I had not heard referencing stages of pregnancy, “quickening”. This is a fascinating historical article. I felt you would find it of interest.

The syllabus is also of great interest for the legal perspective (versus the main stream media junk) but it is 213 pages in length. This will probably be one of the most challenged decisions by the court in possibly our children and grandchildren’s lifetime because the next step at some future date will be to grant the unborn personhood with rights.
