I would ask her: Are you a woman? How did President Biden know that when he said he would nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court that you were, in fact, a woman? Could he have been wrong in his assessment of you as a woman? What sort of criteria do you think Biden used in deciding that you were a woman?
Ted Cruz, in excellent fashion, has also ripped the scab off of Jackson’s presumed neutrality as regards Critical Race Theory.
