Mr Lozano
You and I have had this discussion various times and the effect drugs are having on the student population.  You presented your concerns to the LCCC.
I invite you to listen to Councilor Bencomo at ~2:40:00 and Corran at ~2:56:00 and listen to their explanation of trying to “remove the stigma” of marijuana (plus “correct racial inequities”) and by default, IMO, continue to normalize this drug which as you well know, is affecting our student population with detrimental and reckless consequences. We even had one of your students ~3:44:30  present what is happening in LCPS.
Our students don’t live in a sealed bubble.  They mimic what is happening in society. So as long as our elected officials, starting with the Governor on down continue to promote and trivialize the consequences of this and other drugs, the battle to convince our students to abstain from drug use, is futile.
Thank you
