Disqualification update:
I have been disqualified from running as the Republican Candidate for New Mexico State Representative district 37 race. I did not anticipate a fair resolution of the case here in Las Cruces. As I pondered this situation, I am reminded of the story of the man who felt forced to get a resume for a job from an angry, prejudiced, and unfair man, he knew what the result would be, as I knew what the result would be.
How many times have all of us as Republicans witnessed acts that disenfranchised, and suppressed our rights with equal and fair representation here in Las Cruces, New Mexico? “Rules for thee but not for Me”
This has gone on for much too long, discouraging the community, discouraging the electorate.
With all this said, there is good news!! The attorney for the State Republican Party reported to me today that he will be filing this case to the New Mexico Supreme Court on Monday, we are not out of this fight at all.
This is what we have needed!! A state, and national light shined upon the injustices being done by elected officials ie; county clerks, school boards, superintendents with a total disregard for the populace as a whole.
Who can honestly say that conservative Republicans, and Independents are treated fairly here in Dona Ana County? The disparity and unequal treatment is disgusting and unjust. The moment a municipal official, school board member finds out you are a Republican wanting information, or service we are served with unwarranted aggression, and hostility that all citizens are entitled to according to the law.
lastly, stay in the fight because I will, my motivation has not changed I am fighting for my grandchildren, your children, and your grandchildren
